Description

Multiple Feed Electro Lubricators are especially suitable for intermittent operations. Lubrication occurs when the solenoid is activated. Anywhere from 2 to 24 valves may be connected to one reservoir (please consult factory for valve combinations not shown). The modular construction allows for additional valves to be added at a later date if needed (part no. B3151-01B11GW).

The reservoir and sight are vented to allow liquid to reach the brush by gravity. An adjustable precision needle valve controls the flow rate; it has a friction lock to guard against loosening from vibration. Drop feeding can be observed through the glass viewing window in the valve body.

This oiler is specially configured with an aluminum reservoir. Aluminum has corrosion and impact resistance properties and may be advantageous for use with certain chemicals or in some washdown scenarios. The oiler has an aluminum base and valve body, plated steel shank, Buna-N seals and 5/8″-18 mounting thread. Each valve features a 1/4” OD tube outlet. There is a 5” centerline plated steel liquid level gage mounted to the reservoir to allow visual check of liquid level and condition at a glance. The solenoid has a ½” NPT thread for connecting with conduit and is powered by 120V/60Hz (please consult factory for additional voltages and frequencies).

The diameter of the reservoir is 5 1/2″. Total height of the lubricator is 13 1/32″, and total width of the valves is 3 15/16″.
