Oil-Rite manufactures lubrication systems specifically to customer requirements. All systems are engineered, designed, manufactured and fully tested at Oil-Rite. This is an example of a custom built Circulating Oil System.
This Hydraulic Lift System has a hydraulic pump providing 1.5 GPM at 1070 PSI. The 2 HP, 1175 RPM, TEFC motor is operated by 3 phase power at 230/460V 60Hz.
The 15 gallon capacity reservoir is constructed of welded steel. It has (2) 1” NPT return connections and (2) ½” NPT drains. A top filler cap makes filling the reservoir quick and simple. The filler cap is equipped with an air filter and liquid strainer to help maintain liquid quality. A baffle in the tank separates sediment and reduces turbulence. There is a 100 mesh stainless steel suction filter inside the reservoir to filter larger debris. A 10 micron filter near the system outlet helps maintain liquid quality.
A gage pressure transducer converts pressure into an analog electrical signal. Connections are available for customer interfacing. A back pressure control valve located near the system outlet is used to set system pressure. The control valve is of steel construction, adjustable from 175 to 1100 PSI. It is factory set at 1070 PSI.
Additional controls include:
- A stainless steel pressure gage, displaying 0 to 1500 PSI.
- A bronze check valve located near the system outlet to ensure fluid flows in only one direction.
