Mini Circulating Oil System

The High-Efficiency Circulation System is a versatile, compact, and reliable product for delivering oil to gears or bearings and reclaiming that oil.  The pump dispenses small amounts of lubricant, which are recovered in the reservoir by means of gravity.  The reserve fluid is subject to passive heat loss and filtered as it is circulated back to the lube point.  Mini Circulating Oil System consist of a 1 Gallon Capacity Clear Acrylic Reservoir, 40 Micron In-Line, PurgeX® Motor Driven Injector Pump Assembly with 6 RPM, 120 Volt 60 Hz Motor.

Exceptional Reliability

The PurgeX® Pump uses positive displacement to deliver a precise amount of fluid at frequent intervals.

Flexibility

The output volume is adjustable from 0 to .005 ounce per cycle.  Additional feeds can be

supplied for multiple lube points or increased volume.

Industrial Grade

The acrylic reservoir is industrial grade with cast aluminum end plates and aluminum mounting brackets.  The contents are clearly visible.

Filtration

A 40 micron filter removes impurities.  The filter is easily accessible for cleaning.

Simple Installation

The entire unit functions from a standard 120V/60Hz power supply.
